Mission:

We are looking for a driven Senior Investment Analyst with a solid background in Greek real estate and transaction execution to support our strategic investment activities.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for professionals eager to deepen their exposure to real estate underwriting, auctions, portfolio and asset management, and investment execution.

The successful candidate will support senior management and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in structuring and executing complex deals while contributing to investment decision-making and asset optimization strategies.

Education:

· BSc/MSc in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (first or upper second-class honours)

· 3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, investment banking, or financial advisory

· Familiarity with Greek public auction processes and real estate transaction frameworks is highly desirable

· CFA designation or active candidacy (a plus, not required)

· Proficient in Excel (advanced modeling, sensitivity analysis, scenario modeling)

· Excellent PowerPoint skills with experience preparing PitchBooks and investment memorandums

· Strong written and verbal communication in both Greek and English

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Evaluation & Execution Support:

2. Support the end-to-end investment lifecycle across Greek real estate opportunities—from initial underwriting to post-closing integration

3. Assist in evaluating opportunities through market research, comparable analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence
4. Support the preparation of investment memorandums, financial models, and internal presentations to inform investment decisions
5. Coordinate with legal, technical, and advisory teams to support transaction structuring, due diligence, and compliance processes

6. Assist in the execution and closing of transactions, ensuring proper documentation and onboarding of newly acquired assets

7. Financial Modeling & Investment Thesis Preparation:

8. Build and maintain detailed DCF and scenario-based financial models to support investment evaluations

9. Analyze returns, financing structures, capex plans, and sensitivities
10. Support the drafting of clear, data-driven investment theses to inform senior decision-making

11. Conduct benchmarking and risk-adjusted performance analysis under the guidance of senior team members

12. PitchBook & Presentation Preparation:

13. Support the development of client-facing and internal presentations, PitchBooks, and marketing materials for deals

14. Collaborate with origination, legal, and asset teams to assemble compelling narratives and visuals

15. Assist in preparing materials for capital raising and asset marketing efforts

16. Asset & Portfolio Management:

17. Support the monitoring of KPIs, financial performance, and business plan implementation across active investments

18. Assist in preparing portfolio reports with operational updates, IRR tracking, and variance analysis
19. Contribute to value creation strategies including lease optimization, repositioning, or exit planning
20. Liaise with third-party property managers, valuers, and servicers to support asset-level execution and alignment with fund strategy

Experience:

3–7 years of experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas:

_Real Estate Investment Funds (REICs, private equity, AM platforms)

_Big 4 Transaction Services or Valuation teams

_Investment Banking (Real Assets or Structured Finance)

_Exposure to Greek real estate auctions, restructuring, or distressed investments is strongly preferred

Skills & Attributes:

· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including complex deal structuring

· Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in both Greek and English

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and support cross-functional teams

· Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple workstreams under tight timelines

· Commercial mindset and deep interest in real estate and special situations investing
