Credit Controller- Account management (Finance department)
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (Office-based)
Support Region: UK-based private sector doctors

Inicio Medical is an organisation dedicated to supporting private sector doctors in the UK by handling administrative and operational tasks remotely. We've been operating in Greece for over two years and are growing our team to further support our expanding network of consultants.
Employment Details
· Employment Type: Full-Time
· Schedule: Monday to Friday, UK office hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Finance & Debt Collection Duties
· Perform clerical and administrative support tasks
· Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally
· Account Management: Raise invoices and reconcile them upon receipt of payment, monitor sales ledgers, process payments, and track invoices.
· Debt Collection: Contacting clients for overdue payments, applying collection strategies, and managing payment plans.
· Reporting: Create and maintain financial reports for consultants. Report on outstanding debts and potential debtor issues to management.
· Liaison: Liaise with secretaries, hospitals, and insurance companies regarding financial matters. Collaborating with solicitors or bailiffs for severe cases.
· Policy: Developing and implementing credit policies to improve payment performance.
· Resolve financial issues in collaboration with stakeholders
· Maintain organised and secure filing and administrative systems
· Use practice management or hospital systems to update patient records and internal databases
· Work with various software platforms including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to manage data and produce documents or presentations
Skills and Qualifications
· Fluency in English (C1–C2 level required)
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (Microsoft office and Google workspace )
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
· Quick learner, especially when working with new software or hospital systems
Experience / Requirements
· Minimum 2 year of office experience
· Knowledge of basic financial principles
· Higher Education degree is a plus
· Applicants must have English proficiency at C1 or C2 level

An induction and training period will take place in Thessaloniki to prepare you for your responsibilities
