Οι κατάλληλοι υποψήφιοι αναλαμβάνουν τον συνολικό συντονισμό και την επίβλεψη συμβουλευτικών έργων για Φορείς του Δημόσιου Τομέα, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή υλοποίηση, την τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, την ποιότητα των παραδοτέων και την επικοινωνία με τους εμπλεκόμενους.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονισμός, Υλοποίηση και Διαχείριση συμβουλευτικών έργων για δημόσιους οργανισμούς
  • Υποστήριξη στον σχεδιασμό συμβουλευτικών έργων
  • Συμμετοχή στην κατάρτιση τεχνικών προσφορών
  • Διαχείριση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, παραδοτέων και εξασφάλιση προσήκουσας εκτέλεσης των έργων
  • Διασφάλιση ποιότητας και συμμόρφωσης με τους όρους των συμβάσεων
  • Επικοινωνία με Δημόσιους Φορείς και συνεργασία με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες έργου
  • Συγκέντρωση, επεξεργασία και υποβολή τεχνικών και διοικητικών εγγράφων
  • Τήρηση φακέλων έργου και σύνταξη αναφορών προόδου

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

Διαθέτεις ένα δυναμικό συνδυασμό τεχνικών προσόντων και δεξιοτήτων. Χαρακτηρίζεσαι για τον επαγγελματισμό και την ακεραιότητά σου. Η οργάνωση, η αποτελεσματική διαχείριση χρόνου, πολλαπλών έργων και προτεραιοτήτων, η εστίαση στη λεπτομέρεια και ο προσανατολισμός σου στο επιτυχές αποτέλεσμα είναι δομικά στοιχεία της εργασιακής σου προσωπικότητας. Οι συνάδελφοι σου αναγνωρίζουν σε εσένα το ομαδικό πνεύμα, την υπευθυνότητα και τη δυναμική σου να επιλύεις εποικοδομητικά τις δυσκολίες.

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης (προτιμώμενοι τομείς: Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Πολιτικές Επιστήμες, Κοινωνικές Επιστήμες Δημόσια Διοίκηση ή συναφή)
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον δημόσιο ή συμβουλευτικό τομέα (τουλάχιστον 5 έτη)
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, επικοινωνίας, και διαχείρισης ομάδων

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακός ή και Διδακτορικός τίτλος σπουδών
  • Ειδική Εμπειρία σε συγχρηματοδοτούμενα Έργα (συγγραφή τεχνικών δελτίων και προτάσεων ΕΣΠΑ ή άλλων Χρηματοδοτικών Προγραμμάτων) ή σε Έργα του Δημοσίου
  • Γνώση εργαλείων project management (π.χ. MS Project, Trello, Asana)
