Are you a highly organized individual with a keen interest in the automotive or manufacturing sector? We are seeking a proactive B2B Customer Service Representative to support the dealer and service network for a major international automotive group. This is a crucial, high-visibility role focused on maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring smooth operations across the network.
The Opportunity: You will be the key point of contact for external business partners (dealerships, authorized service centers) regarding a wide array of support needs, including warranty claims, parts ordering, technical documentation access, and account inquiries. This role requires precision, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex business-to-business processes efficiently.
What You Will Do:
- Dealer Support: Provide prompt and professional support to authorized service partners and dealerships, ensuring their administrative and logistical needs are met quickly.
- Order & Logistics Coordination: Assist with the processing of parts orders, tracking shipments, and resolving logistical discrepancies to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Warranty Processing: Guide partners through the correct procedures for submitting and tracking warranty claims, ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Information Management: Act as the resource for providing accurate and up-to-date information on product recalls, technical service bulletins, and maintenance schedules.
- Reporting: Track service trends and report common issues to management and supply chain teams to drive operational efficiency improvements.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch is essential for effective communication with our service network, coupled with professional English (B2 minimum).
- B2B Experience: Proven experience in a B2B customer service, account management, or supply chain support role, preferably within the automotive, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
- Process Driven: Strong ability to follow multi-step processes precisely, manage a high volume of structured tasks, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or dedicated dealership management systems (DMS) is a significant asset.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional telephone and email etiquette, with a professional, solution-oriented approach to all business interactions.

- Dealerondersteuning: Tijdige en professionele ondersteuning bieden aan erkende servicepartners en dealerbedrijven, waarbij wordt gewaarborgd dat aan hun administratieve en logistieke behoeften snel wordt voldaan.
- Coördinatie van Bestellingen en Logistiek: Assisteren bij de verwerking van onderdelenbestellingen, het volgen van zendingen en het oplossen van logistieke verschillen om de stilstandtijd van voertuigen te minimaliseren.
- Garantieverwerking: Partners begeleiden door de juiste procedures voor het indienen en volgen van garantieclaims, waarbij naleving van vastgestelde beleidsregels wordt gewaarborgd.
- Informatiebeheer: Fungeren als de bron voor het verstrekken van nauwkeurige en actuele informatie over terugroepacties, technische servicebulletins en onderhoudsschema's.
- Rapportage: Servicetrends volgen en veelvoorkomende problemen rapporteren aan het management en de supply chain teams om verbeteringen in de operationele efficiëntie te stimuleren.
Wat U Nodig Heeft om te Slagen:

- Systeemkennis: Bekendheid met Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemen of toegewijde dealerbeheersystemen (DMS) is een aanzienlijke troef.
