Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative (English Speaker) to join our vibrant team at , supporting our English-speaking market. This is an on-site position based in Athens — remote work is not available.

As part of our Customer Support team, you'll be the voice of the company, handling incoming calls, emails, and support tickets. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an excellent experience — solving problems, offering assistance, and building trust with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in a customer support or service role is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Residence in Athens is required

Work Schedule

  • 2–3 morning shifts: 11:00 – 19:30
  • 2–3 afternoon shifts: 13:00 – 21:30
  • One Saturday shift every 3 weeks: 10:00 – 18:30
