We are looking for a
Development Specialist
to help us accelerate our growth in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth
    by identifying, engaging, and onboarding professional service providers to join our platform — with a strong focus on
    increasing UK sign-ups
    .
  • Conduct detailed
    market research
    to understand industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activity within the UK.
  • Build and maintain
    long-term relationships
    with professionals and key strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute
    effective growth strategies
    tailored to the UK market.
  • Ensure a
    smooth and efficient onboarding process
    for new professionals, including contracts and administrative requirements.
  • Actively identify and seize
    new opportunities
    to expand our professional network and strengthen our brand presence across the UK.

Requirements

  • Fluent English
    (spoken and written) — essential.
  • Proven experience in
    business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
    skills.
  • Ability to work
    independently
