Marketing Assistant

shows to promote our products and strengthen our market presence.

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring that all efforts align with the company's goal and brand image. The role requires familiarity in managing Social Media, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to ensure that marketing initiatives run efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring that company objectives are met.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media etc).
• Collaborate daily with the graphic designer to ensure marketing materials align with the given brief and brand guidelines.
• Monitor Social media channels, respond to private messages through them, and assist in creating real content for platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Support event planning and promotional activities, influencer and press strategies.
• Create and edit marketing materials (presentations, social posts, newsletters ets), ensuring consistency through all platforms.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns by preparing and providing reports whenever required.

• Help ensure the functionality of the e-Shop by coordinating with external developers and managing the content when necessary.

• Organize participation in industry fairs, including managing bookings, marketing materials and logistical planning for the booth.

• Assist in planning and overseeing photoshoots, including location booking, casting and coordination with photographers and production companies.
• Perform general administrative marketing tasks.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

· Minimum education : Graduate of a university related to Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

· Desirable education : Master's Degree

· Languages   : Excellent knowledge of English

· Experience required : 1-3 years of experience in marketing support roles

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or event planning is a plus.
