Role Overview
Ethniki Asfalistiki is looking for a
Strategy and Planning Professional
to contribute in strategic decision-making, collaborate across departments to analyze business performance, evaluate market opportunities, and add value to the development of long-term strategic plans. The successful candidate will report directly to the CSTO to support the development of strategic initiatives, by delivering actionable insights, and by contributing to critical leadership decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and track performance against strategic objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of corporate strategy, including annual strategic planning, business performance reviews, and long-range forecasting.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports that effectively communicate key insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in strategic projects such as new product launches, digital transformation, and organizational change.
  • Conduct competitor, and financial analysis to inform strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging threats/opportunities to keep leadership informed.

Candidate Job Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Up to 5 years' experience in related field
  • Proven experience with project management or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities, with a talent for translating concise insights from complex data.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in both English and Greek.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • No pending military obligations (for Greek male citizens).

Will be considered a plus

  • Master's degree, or ΜΒΑ in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services, or telecommunications industry.
