Η « ΚΑΡΑΓΙΛΑΝΗΣ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΟΙ ΑΕ» είναι προσανατολισμένη στην εφαρμογή ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων «οικονομικής διαχείρισης & αναφορών» κυρίως για φορείς του ευρύτερου Δημοσίου Τομέα. Παρέχει συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες , τόσο σε μεμονωμένους ΟΤΑ και Φορείς του Δημοσίου (Ομάδες Εργασίας ΥΠΕΣΔΔΑ, ΕΕΤΑΑ, ΕΔΕΧΥκλπ) , όσο και σε Εταιρίες του Ιδιωτικού Τομέα, οι οποίες δραστηριοποιούνται στους ΟΤΑ. Συνεργάζεται με Διαδημοτικές Επιχειρήσεις στους τομείς της εφαρμογής του διπλογραφικού συστήματος, της αναμόρφωσης του Θεσμικού Πλαισίου , το οποίο διέπει την λειτουργία των Οικονομικών Υπηρεσιών των ΟΤΑ, καθώς και της καταγραφής απαιτήσεων για τα Πληροφοριακά Συστήματα που θα υποστηρίξουν την εφαρμογή του Διπλογραφικού Συστήματος. Στους πελάτες της συγκαταλέγονται Ελληνικές Επιχειρήσεις και Οργανισμοί διαφόρων κλάδων και μεγεθών.

Executive Assistant / Υποστήριξη Διοίκησης
 με οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, που θα συμβάλλει στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία της διοικητικής ομάδας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παροχή γραμματειακής και διοικητικής υποστήριξης στη Διοίκηση
  • Οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση συναντήσεων, ραντεβού και ημερολογίων
  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενης/εξερχόμενης αλληλογραφίας και επικοινωνίας
  • Τήρηση και ενημέρωση αρχείων και βάσεων δεδομένων
  • Σύνταξη και επιμέλεια παρουσιάσεων, αναφορών και εγγράφων
  • Συντονισμός με εσωτερικά τμήματα και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοιο ρόλο (Γραμματειακή Υποστήριξη / Executive Assistant / Διοικητική Υποστήριξη)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Οργανωτικότητα, διαχείριση χρόνου και προτεραιοτήτων
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε απαιτητικό και δυναμικό περιβάλλον

Επιθυμητά προσόντα:

  • Σπουδές Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση projects ή υποστήριξη ανώτατων στελεχών
