Role Description
We're looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our team in Álimos (full-time, on-site).
This is not just an administrative role — it's a chance to become the trusted right hand of the CEO, ensuring seamless organization and daily flow while being part of a fast-paced, creative, and boutique agency environment.
Daily responsibilities include:
Managing the CEO's agenda: meetings, travel, calls, and correspondence.
Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Supporting with presentations, reports, and follow-ups.
Coordinating internal communication and acting as liaison with clients & partners.
Anticipating needs and solving problems proactively.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills in Greek and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (knowledge of Asana a plus).
High level of discretion, responsibility, and emotional intelligence.
Experience in PR, media, or communications environment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
