Tasks

  • Σχεδιασμός και διαχείριση του ετήσιου marketing πλάνου, βάσει λανσαρισμάτων και στρατηγικών ενεργειών

  • Παρακολούθηση, ανάλυση και αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης του brand μέσω KPIs και πωλήσεων (sell-in/sell-out)

  • Διαχείριση και αναθεώρηση του διαφημιστικού προϋπολογισμού

  • Συντονισμός digital επικοινωνίας: social media, paid campaigns, περιεχόμενο, φωτογραφίσεις και προωθητικές ενέργειες

  • Επίβλεψη παραγωγής επικοινωνιακού υλικού (offline & online), με ευθυγράμμιση στα λανσαρίσματα και τις εμπορικές ανάγκες

  • Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση PR στρατηγικής σε συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και influencers

  • Υποστήριξη εμπορικών και trade marketing αναγκών σε Ελλάδα & Κύπρο, με ευελιξία σε local προσαρμογές και ειδικές ενέργειες

  • Δημιουργία αναφορών για την ανάλυση αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού, για την εξέλιξη της στρατηγικής branding, για τους μετρήσιμους δείκτες και την αξιολόγηση των αποτελεσμάτων

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Μάρκετινγκ ή συναφές αντικείμενο (επιθυμητό μεταπτυχιακό)

  • Εμπειρία 3–5 ετών σε ρόλο Brand ή Product Manager, κατά προτίμηση σε FMCG περιβάλλον ή στον retail κλάδο

  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)

  • Πολύ καλή χρήση MS Office, καθώς και εξοικείωση με ψηφιακά εργαλεία marketing

  • Γνώση διαχείρισης ERP συστημάτων
