Η MUAGREECE by BEAUTY VELONAS, ένα από τα πιο αναγνωρίσιμα beauty brands στην Ελλάδα, δημιούργησε το ΚΟΦΙ - ένα concept store στην καρδιά της Θεσσαλονίκης που παντρεύει τον κόσμο του καφέ με τον κόσμο της ομορφιάς.

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία Store Manager που να συνδυάζει εμπειρία στην εστίαση με αντίληψη marketing και αισθητικής· κάποιον που θα ηγείται με ενέργεια, θα εμπνέει την ομάδα και θα δίνει ζωή σε κάθε γωνιά του ΚΟΦΙ.

Τι θα κάνεις
  • Θα οργανώνεις και θα επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του καταστήματος, διασφαλίζοντας άψογη εμπειρία για κάθε επισκέπτη.
  • Θα δημιουργείς ένα περιβάλλον που "μιλάει" MUAGREECE - από τον καφέ μέχρι τα visuals στις οθόνες.
  • Θα εντοπίζεις και θα εφαρμόζεις τάσεις της αγοράς άμεσα, κρατώντας το κατάστημα σύγχρονο και ζωντανό.
  • Θα σχεδιάζεις in-store ενέργειες & μικρά events που συνδέουν τον καφέ με την αισθητική και τα προϊόντα της MUAGREECE.
  • Θα συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα marketing & social media για να ενισχύεις την παρουσία του ΚΟΦΙ στην πόλη και online.
  • Θα καθοδηγείς και θα εξελίσσεις την ομάδα (μαζί με τη barista), με στόχο την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και την ενέργεια που κάνει τον κόσμο να επιστρέφει.
  • Θα παρακολουθείς KPIs και εμπορικά αποτελέσματα, μετατρέποντας τα insights σε πράξεις.
Είσαι εσύ ;
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε διαχείριση coffee stores, concept stores ή χώρων εστίασης με υψηλή κίνηση.
  • Συνδυασμό επιχειρηματικής λογικής και δημιουργικής σκέψης.
  • Επαφή με τα σύγχρονα trends της αγοράς, του design και του lifestyle.
  • Εμπειρία ή άνεση στη χρήση social media και στη δημιουργία buzz γύρω από το brand.
  • Ικανότητα καθοδήγησης ομάδας και hands-on προσέγγιση.
  • Πάθος για αισθητική, εμπειρία πελάτη και καινοτομία.
