What does a Learning Experience Manager really do?
Think of this position as the "Training Master" that works in tandem with Operations.
As a Learning Experience Manager, you will manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department's site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
Create and maintain any necessary materials related to maximising campaign task mastery and personal development.
This responsibility has the ridiculous opportunity to be a pioneer of all campaign-specific training needs and programs in the organisation, as well as create and execute TL and TM development training.
To proactively explore the specific needs of every department and campaign to develop training materials as needed, to propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives.
So, what does it take to become a Learning Experience Manager?
2 year of managerial and/or supervisory role
Training experience
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills in English
Must be highly independent and motivated with the commitment to oversee projects to completion
Knowledgeable in using Google and MS Office applications.
This is an Onsite Demand, and Flexibility in Working Hours.
