Per la nostra struttura in costante crescita stiamo ricercando un/una Area Manager per il brand Terranova per la nazione
Grecia
, che risieda o sia disponibile a trasferirsi nelle città di
Atene
o
Salonicco.

Il candidato selezionato risponderà al Supervisore Commerciale dell'area e sarà responsabile dell'immagine del brand Terranova nei punti vendita assegnati, coerentemente con le linee guida aziendali.

Principali attività:

  • supervisionare e monitorare i punti vendita dislocati in tutta l'area assegnata assicurando il rispetto degli standard di immagine del brand;

  • mantenere un costante contatto con i negozi assegnati sia con interventi in loco che da remoto;

  • verificare l'implementazione delle strategie di Visual Merchandising (rotazione vetrine, remerchandising, etc.) definite dalla sede centrale;

  • attuazione delle strategie commerciali e promozionali in corso;

  • monitorare costantemente l'andamento delle vendite in modo da verificare l'efficacia delle attività ed implementare ed orientare la strategia quando necessario;

  • formazione del personale dei punti vendita.

Requisiti essenziali:

  • diploma di maturità/laurea;

  • residenza nazione Grecia o disponibilità al trasferimento;

  • conoscenza dei principi base del Visual Merchandising;

  • conoscenza base di Excel;

- disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti all'interno dell'area di riferimento e saltuariamente presso paesi esteri
;

  • conoscenza lingua inglese livello minimo B1;

  • conoscenza lingua italiana livello minimo B1.

Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo costituirà requisito preferenziale.
