Export Sales Manager

Position overview:

The job holder will be based in Athens and the role's main responsibilities will be:

  • Support existing clients and expand the customer portfolio
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate agreement terms
  • Build strong relationships with clients, resolve potential complaints, and provide effective solutions
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and similar events
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments
  • Prepare reports on sales, products, and market conditions
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments (production, accounting, etc.) as required

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Proven track record of 4-5 years' experience in international sales development
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Fluent other foreign languages, French or Italian
  • Excellent computer knowledge especially MS OFFICE software, SAP knowledge will be taken in consideration
  • Excellent communication, cooperation, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on results
  • Holder of a driver's license
  • The willingness to undertake extensive travel
