Client Support Agent (Banking Sector)

Η θέση αφορά

  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων με στόχο την άμεση και αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μεγάλου τραπεζικού οργανισμού
  • Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων που σχετίζονται με τραπεζικά προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες (κάρτες, e-banking, λογαριασμοί)
  • Παροχή έγκυρης πληροφόρησης και επίλυση αποριών, ενισχύοντας την εμπιστοσύνη και ικανοποίηση των πελατών
  • Πενθήμερη 8ωρη απασχόληση σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες (εύρος
  • 2 Σαββατοκύριακα/μήνα (με αντίστοιχα ρεπό)
  • 2-3 εβδομάδες εκπαίδευση δια ζώσης στα Κεντρικά Γραφεία της εταιρείας (Νέο Φάληρο)

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ή Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης Σαββατοκύριακα μέσα στον μήνα
  • Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά με διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών και ομαδικό πνεύμα
