Agent de Support Technique (h/f/x) pour représenter une marque de nouvelles technologies, francophone, à Athènes avec un package de relocalisation.

Votre Rôle

  • Assurer le service client en français via téléphone (appels entrants/sortants), email ou chat.
  • Réaliser le dépannage de divers problèmes techniques
  • Entretenir de solides relations avec les clients en répondant à leurs questions et à leurs préoccupations avec rapidité et professionnalisme
  • Effectuer de la saisie de données

Vos Qualifications

  • Niveau C2 en français et avancé en anglais (B2) Obligatoire.
  • Obtention du diplome du bac Obligatoire.
  • Compétences de recherche technique pour résoudre les problèmes des clients.
  • Compétences avancées en matière de recherche sur Internet
  • Connaissances moyennes à avancées en matière de matériel et de logiciels
  • Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de l'assistance technique sera considérée comme un avantage.
  • Passeport/Carte didentité dun pays européen ou carte de résident en Grèce.
