Role Description:

Θα είσαι η πρώτη γραμμή επικοινωνίας για πελάτες που έχουν δεχτεί ανταγωνιστικές προσφορές, ακούγοντας τις ανάγκες τους και προσφέροντας λύσεις που τους κρατούν στην οικογένεια της ΗΡΩΝ.

Θα αναλύεις τους λόγους που σκέφτονται να αλλάξουν πάροχο, καταγράφοντας πολύτιμες πληροφορίες για τη βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών μας.

Με την άριστη γνώση του ανταγωνισμού, θα έχεις τα "όπλα" για να αναδείξεις τα μοναδικά πλεονεκτήματα της ΗΡΩΝ.

Οι ιδέες σου για τη βελτίωση της διαδικασίας θα είναι πάντα ευπρόσδεκτες και θα έχουν αντίκτυπο

Requirements

  • 1-2 χρόνια απαραίτητης προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση διακράτησης πελατών ή εξυπηρέτησης πελατών με στόχο. Η εμπειρία σου μετράει
  • Δυνατή θέληση για εργασία και επαγγελματική εξέλιξη. Εδώ θα έχεις την ευκαιρία να λάμψεις
  • Εξαιρετική ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και την ανάπτυξη σχέσεων.
  • Ικανότητα να διαχειρίζεσαι αποτελεσματικά πολλές εργασίες ταυτόχρονα.
  • Ευγένεια, ομαδικό πνεύμα και πάθος για την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη.
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
