AFES Greece Claims Management MIKE in our Athensoffice (P. Faliro) is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst / SystemsAdministrator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and maintenance of ERP systems
  • Collecting, analyzing, and cleaning data from various sources,ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Creating reports and visual representations (graphs, infographics) tocommunicate results to stakeholders
  • Analyzing data for KPIs to measure the effectiveness of businessdecisions
  • Coordinating with software vendors and third parties for application supportand improvements
  • Working closely with business units to understand their application needs
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Supporting integrations between applications and other IT systems
  • Training users and maintaining documentation

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with ERP systems and data analysis
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience with SQL for queries and reporting (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, ormatplotlib
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of software lifecycle management and system administration
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
