Data Analyst (with Data Engineering skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a
Data Analyst
with a hands-on mindset and the ability to work across the full data flow — from extracting raw data from ERP and CRM systems, to transforming it into meaningful reports and business insights.

You will be responsible for designing queries, building dashboards, and developing repeatable data processes to support our teams with timely, reliable and actionable information.

This role requires strong familiarity with business systems (especially
Soft1 ERP
and
CRM platforms
), as well as fluency in
SQL
,
Excel
and
Power BI
.

Responsibilities

  • Extract and structure data from
    Soft1 ERP
    ,
    CRM
    , and other internal systems
  • Write optimized SQL queries to support reporting and analysis needs
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports
  • Collaborate with business users (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand their data requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources and time periods
  • Automate repetitive reporting processes where possible
  • Identify data gaps or quality issues and propose improvements
  • Support decision-making with ad hoc analysis and KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Proven experience with
    Soft1 ERP
    and
    CRM systems
  • Excellent command of
    SQL
    for querying relational databases
  • Proficiency in
    Power BI
    and
    Microsoft Excel
    (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests from stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ETL processes or scripting
  • Understanding of data modeling and relational database structures
  • Previous experience in a business environment with complex operational data (finance, sales, logistics, etc.)
