Καθήκοντα και υποχρεώσεις:

  • Διαχείριση και συντονισμός έργων κατασκευής, επέκτασης και ανακαίνισης για το σύνολο των εγκαταστάσεων που διαχειρίζεται η εταιρία

  • Διασφάλιση τήρησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, κόστους και ποιότητας, βάσει των εταιρικών στόχων και προδιαγραφών (Project Management),

  • Διεκπεραίωση διαδικασιών αδειοδότησης κατασκευαστικών έργων και ανακαινίσεων.

  • Υπεύθυνος για το σύνολο ενεργειών ένταξης κατασκευαστικών έργων ή έργων επέκτασης και ανακαινίσεων σε αναπτυξιακούς νόμους και προγράμματα ΕΣΠΑ.

  • Εκπόνηση προϋπολογισμού κόστους υλοποίησης και κατασκευής των έργων.

  • Επίβλεψη, έλεγχος και συντονισμός συνεργατών και διαδικασιών σε όλα τα στάδια έως την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, διατηρώντας άμεση επικοινωνία με την Διοίκηση.

  • Τήρηση αρχείου αδειών λειτουργίας ξενοδοχείων, συμβολαίων ανάθεσης εργασιών

  • Υπεύθυνος για θέματα που αφορούν Οργανισμούς Κοινής Ωφέλειας

  • Δυνατότητα εκπόνησης διαδικασιών ISO & συντονισμού διαδικασιών κατάταξης ξενοδοχειακών καταλυμάτων.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού, Μηχανικού περιβάλλοντος, Δομικών έργων ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανολόγου Πολυτεχνικής Σχολής (Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα θεωρηθεί ως πρόσθετο προσόν)

  • Ιδανικά εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση διαχείρισης έργων μεγάλων εμπορικών χώρων, σε Τεχνική ή Κατασκευαστική εταιρία.

  • Επιθυμητή εργοταξιακή εμπειρία

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office & AutoCAD.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

  • Επιχειρηματική αντίληψη και στρατηγική σκέψη

  • Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και την επίτευξη στόχων

  • Προγραμματισμός & οργάνωση με έμφαση στη διαχείριση πολλαπλών θεμάτων και τη διαχείριση χρόνου

  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες & ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης

  • Ομαδικότητα και συνεργασία

  • Δυνατότητα εταιρικών ταξιδιών
