- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate information and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when needed.
Ideal Profile:
- Native or fluent Croatian speaker with good English communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, patient, and detail-focused.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely.
