Opis posla:
Tražimo kandidate koji govore hrvatski jezik za rad na poziciji Customer Support Agenta u međunarodnoj kompaniji u Ateni. Idealno za studente ili osobe u ranoj fazi karijere koje žele međunarodno radno iskustvo.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Pružanje vrhunske korisničke podrške na hrvatskom jeziku

  • Rješavanje upita i problema klijenata

  • Suradnja s timom radi osiguravanja zadovoljstva korisnika

  • Vođenje točnih evidencija komunikacije s korisnicima

Zahtjevi:

  • Znanje hrvatskog jezika

  • EU putovnica ili važeća dozvola za rad u Grčkoj

  • Nije potrebno prethodno iskustvo

  • Snažne komunikacijske i organizacijske vještine
