What We are looking for
As a KYC & Customer Support Agent at Novibet, you'll review customer documents, check for fraudulent activity and maintain accurate records while adhering to strict regulatory and company guidelines.
What you will work on
- Performing checks on customers and requesting the relevant KYC documents in compliance with any regulatory governing bodies and based on determined customer risk level
- Handle daily internal back-office tasks
- Deal directly & manage effectively customer queries via live chat, email, telephone & social media
- Escalate any suspicious behavior or transactions
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible gambling is observed
- Provide information about products & services
- Build up knowledge of customer verification process for different regulations including verifying player's documents
What you bring
- High School Degree from an accredited University
- Fluency in English & Greek (oral and written)
- Prior experience in a similar role or in a back-office customer support role is appreciated
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Flexibility to work on shift rotation
