AEA RELATE one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for the ideal candidate to fill in the position of: Junior Digital Marketing Executive.

This is an on-site role in Athens and a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of digital marketing experience who wants to take their skills to the next level in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for the ideal candidate to enhance our digital marketing department, as part of an established team, with key responsibilities to:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to increase community engagement and grow the follower base.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver reports using analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Brandwatch, native platform insights).
  • Manage direct communication with clients, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and communication objectives.
  • Brief and coordinate with the creative team (design, copy, production) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices across major platforms to strengthen brand presence.
  • Manage and maintain several WordPress websites (preferred but not required).
  • Support the setup, monitoring, and basic management of Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Requirements

Education & Experience Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably within a digital or PR agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing business accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads (required).
  • Experience working with B2B clients is highly desirable.
  • Bonus skills: Basic knowledge of WordPress and experience with TikTok.
