OVERALL OBJECTIVE
We are currently looking for an experienced, open-minded and well-rounded Digital Executive to join our team.

The candidate will oversee the daily operational activities of digital platforms and/or projects; manage campaign timelines, outcomes, and review deliverables.

DIGITAL & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Comprehend client needs and advise on digital strategy.
  • Reporting: compile and synthesize reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to discern insights that contribute to key learnings.
  • Monitor performance and carry out optimizations as necessary.
  • Compute basic KPIs. Track the goals and KPIs for a client portfolio to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Produce performance reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio or other data visualization tools (BI).
  • Prepare and present client performance reviews.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in New Media, Marketing, or Business.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Work Experience: At least one year of proven experience in Google Ads and social media advertising. Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Additional digital marketing courses and qualifications will be advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines across various stakeholders. A data-driven individual who is naturally collaborative and excels in team-driven environments to deliver results.
