MSPS SA, a leading Integrated Marketing and Sales services company, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Solutions Executive for PMI - Papastratos company in Athens, Greece.

About the role:

As a Digital Systems Executive, you will play a key role in the administration and optimization of digital platforms that support commercial and consumer-facing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, managing user access, and supporting the deployment of new functionalities through testing and troubleshooting. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain commercial digital systems and platforms.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Manage user access and permissions across platforms, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Support onboarding and training of users on system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth deployment of digital tools.
  • Document processes, issues, and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
  • Monitor system performance and propose improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with global standards and guidelines for digital systems.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration, digital operations, or IT support.
  • Strong understanding of UAT processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in retail systems or consumer platforms is a plus.
