We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Expert to join our team. This role involves working with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide solutions that help them achieve real results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Research client goals and market trends to better understand their needs, identify optimization and growth opportunities, present tailored advertising solutions and recommendations, and build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
  • Account Management: Collect and share client feedback to improve products and services, build strong internal and external relationships to identify opportunities, develop account strategies aligned with client and business objectives, handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions, and resolve daily challenges that impact campaign delivery or revenue.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written), good level of English, high school diploma required, 2+ years in a telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales environment, demonstrated ability to manage client relationships or accounts and achieve sales targets, hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
