Application Digital Solutions Manager

Reporting to: Head of Digital Infrastructure

Location: Metamorfosis, Athens

The Role

As a Digital Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our digital ecosystem across CRM, ERP, and other operational platforms. You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams — ensuring that processes are well understood, solutions are correctly designed, and systems work together seamlessly.

You will report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation and work closely with Business, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to support the company's end-to-end digital journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the new ERP system of the company

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for ERP and CRM systems

  • Mapping and optimization of key business processes

  • Collaborate with external partners and integrators to ensure proper system design, data integrity, and timely delivery

  • Perform system testing, and user acceptance coordination

  • Create and maintain documentation: process diagrams, data flow maps, and configuration manuals

  • Train and support end-users during rollout and after go-live

  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities for automation and integration between platforms


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience leading ERP and/or CRM implementation projects

  • Solid understanding of business processes such as Sales, Finance and Operations

  • Experience working with local or international ERPs or similar enterprise systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to translate business needs into system solutions

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Greek
