Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Η διασφάλιση ποιοτικής, άμεσης και εξειδικευμένης εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο
  • Καταχώρηση παραγγελιών
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω fb, chat
  • Ενδυνάμωση της σχέσης του πελάτη με την εταιρεία

Requirements

  • Επιθυμητές σπουδές ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΙΕΚ
  • Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση σε call center ή customer support ή πωλήσεις
  • Άριστος γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Εξοικείωση με χρήση Η/Υ (internet, social media κλπ)
