Role Overview

As a Hair Transplant Technician, you will support surgeons during hair restoration procedures, manage graft extraction and implantation, ensure sterile and optimal operating conditions, and contribute to patient follow-up and procedural quality.

Responsibilities


• Prepare patients and assist physicians during hair transplantation procedures


• Extract, handle and implant grafts with precision using FUE or DHI method


• Maintain aseptic environment, manage sterilization and surgical instruments


• Monitor patient comfort and assist with post-operative care


• Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to quality control


• Participate in continuous training via Racine Carrée Academy

Candidate Profile


• 1 to 8 years of experience in hair transplantation (FUE, DHI or Sapphire)


• Strong manual precision and dexterity required


• Comfortable with technical, detailed, and repetitive procedures


• Team-oriented and patient-focused mindset


• Nursing diploma (RN) appreciated but not mandatory if strong technical experience


• English or French (B1/B2 minimum)

Contract and Salary


• CDI (permanent contract) in FRANCE


• €2,250 to €3,000 net per month (before income tax), depending on experience


• Performance bonuses linked to quality, volume, and engagement
