Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor, based in Athens. The role involves overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, managing accounting processes and systems, ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements, and supervising a team of finance and accounting professionals. Additional responsibilities include providing insights for strategic financial planning, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practices
  • Experience using Accounting Software and other relevant tools
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within finance or accounting
