Country Supervisor – Athens, Greece

Eurofast is a regional business advisory organisation with presence in 22 cities across South East Europe, the Balkans and the Baltics. We are looking for a Country Supervisor to lead our team in Athens and oversee the overall performance of the Greek office.

The successful candidate will be based in Athens and will be responsible for managing and coordinating all departments in the offices, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Job description:

  • In charge of the preparation of MIS Reports for the country

  • Collaborate with and lead senior management on strategic initiatives.

  • Develop effective action plans and respond to emergencies/crises in a timely and effective manner.

  • Develop teams by recruiting, training, and motivating.

  • Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals.

  • Maintain and monitor pricing strategies, compare competitor pricing, and establish prices.

  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting, budgeting forecasts, and resource allocation.

  • Negotiate contracts and develop and maintain long-term supplier and client relationships.

  • Develop, implement, and reinforce policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, or 10 years' experience in a top-management or senior managerial position

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in the Greek & English language
  • Experience with international or multinational companies is a strong asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
