Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε διαχείριση πελατών ή επενδυτική συμβουλευτική
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
  • Κατανόηση των χρηματοοικονομικών αγορών και των επενδυτικών στρατηγικών
  • Ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης και ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
  • Πτυχίο σε Οικονομικά / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Συναφή πεδία (CFA & αντίστοιχες πιστοποιήσεις είναι πλεονέκτημα)

Operations Coordinator

Είσαι οργανωτικός/ή, προσεκτικός/ή στη λεπτομέρεια και αγαπάς τον κόσμο των επενδύσεων;

Η Gekodesk & Partners επεκτείνει την ομάδα υποστήριξης πελατών και χαρτοφυλακίων και αναζητά έναν/μία Client Portfolio Operations Coordinator για να ενισχύσει τον λειτουργικό βραχίονα της επενδυτικής μας ομάδας.

  • Παρακολούθηση και υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας επενδυτικών χαρτοφυλακίων πελατών
  • Επικοινωνία με θεματοφύλακες, χρηματοπιστωτικά ιδρύματα και επενδυτικούς συνεργάτες
  • Εσωτερικός συντονισμός με συμβούλους επενδύσεων και τμήμα συμμόρφωσης
  • Ενημέρωση αρχείων πελατών και διαχείριση συμβατικών εγγράφων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση (back office / operations / client service)
  • Ικανότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών διαδικασιών
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια & συνέπεια στα χρονοδιαγράμματα
  • Καλή γνώση MS Excel & ψηφιακών εργαλείων reporting
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών – η γνώση χρηματοοικονομικής ορολογίας αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα
  • Σπουδές σε Οικονομικά, Χρηματοοικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή παρεμφερή τομέα.
