O Όμιλος Τrizoni στα πλαίσια ανάπτυξης του νέου project - Food Resort στο Μακεδονία Παλλάς, αναζητά έναν δυναμικό Restaurant Manager για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα του.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος κατέχει ηγετικές ικανότητες, πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας.

Καθήκοντα του είναι η:

  • Καθημερινή επίβλεψη της λειτουργίας του εστιατορίου
  • Διαχείριση και εμψύχωση της ομάδας σερβιτόρων, βοηθών και runner
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλών προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Οργάνωση βαρδιών και δημιουργία προγράμματος βάση προτύπων οργανογραμμάτων
  • Διαχείριση budget και επίτευξη στόχων
  • Διαρκής εκπαίδευση προσωπικού για άψογη εξυπηρέτηση
  • Συνεργασία με την κουζίνα για αρμονική λειτουργία και ταχεία εξυπηρέτηση

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε θέση Store Manager, General Manager ή σε παρόμοια θέση στον κλάδο της εστίασης
  • Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και οργάνωσης
  • Γνώσεις διαχείρισης ομάδας και ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
  • Ισχυρή ηγεσία, επικοινωνία και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
  • Προσανατολισμός στη λεπτομέρεια και στην εμπειρία του πελάτη
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πίεσης σε περιβάλλον υψηλού ρυθμού
