Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT department and all Information Technology infrastructures.
  • Upgrade and maintain existing information systems (ERP – WMS – PMS).
  • Introduce Industry 4.0 technologies and sustainable digital solutions.
  • Design technology investments and align them with the company's business objectives.
  • Ensure digital security and compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Train and support staff in the use of digital tools.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management, system interoperability, cloud & BI solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in networks, databases, and cloud systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all business levels, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
  • Integrity, discretion, and commitment to the company's culture.
