Service Administrator
to join our team in Athens

Your Role:

You'll be an essential part of our Service Department, working closely with the Workshop Manager to coordinate and continuously improve the technical services we provide for Caterpillar products. From managing documentation to supporting communication with teams and clients, you'll help keep everything running smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

Daily updates in the company's ERP system and cross-functional coordination.

Handling work orders, monitoring invoicing, preparing offers and delivery notes.

Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers, both in Greece and abroad.

What We're Looking For:

University or Technical degree (ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).

Experience in a similar administrative or technical support role is highly valued.

Strong English language skills for communication with international suppliers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
