Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Γραμματιακή Υποστήριξη (Administrative Support) role located in Kifisiá. The responsibilities include managing office correspondence, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, organizing files, and assisting with various corporate services administrative tasks. The role also involves liaising with clients, providing customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.
Qualifications
- Proficient in office management and administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek , French and English
- Basic knowledge of accounting and tax procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
