
Office Administration Assistant

What you will focus on
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Ensuring Office smooth operation, including maintenance & supplies.
- Supporting the organization of big events & conferences
- Travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
- Performing of additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of English Language, oral & written
- MS suite literate
- BSc in Business administration or any related field is preferred
- Organizational Mastery | Be on top of tasks, performing exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Discretion | Handle sensitive and confidential information with responsibility and integrity
