As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our VP of HR and ensuring smooth operations and coordination across departments. What you will focus on
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordination of meetings and events
  • Preparation and distribution of correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming emails, phone calls, and visitors
  • Organizing and maintaining of confidential files and documents
  • Travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
  • Handling of expenses, invoices, payments to vendors
  • Liaising with internal departments, external partners and clients
  • Performing of additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned

What you bring
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a big multinational company
  • Excellent command of English Language, oral & written
  • MS suite literate
  • BSc in Business administration or any related field is preferred
