As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commerce & Marketing department and ensuring smooth operations and coordination across departments. You will be immersed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day presents new opportunities and challenges. What you will focus on

  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Ensuring Office smooth operation, including maintenance & supplies.
  • Supporting the organization of big events & conferences
  • Travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
  • Performing of additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Who are we looking for

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of English language, oral & written
  • MS suite literate
  • BSc in Business administration or any related field is preferred
