Your Responsibilities- Assist German-speaking customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries.
- Resolve any travel-related issues efficiently and professionally.

- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Work closely with your team to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge in travel support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
