Your Responsibilities- Assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries and provide customized support for their business needs.
- Analyze client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide feedback for service enhancements.
- Support the implementation of new business strategies and initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Fluency in German is mandatory; proficiency in English or other languages is advantageous.
- Experience in business support, consulting, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
