Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to German-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and business requirements effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to construct personalized solutions that fulfill specific client needs.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and valuable feedback.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and processes aimed at improving service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry developments to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in a business support or consulting role is highly valuable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating a self-motivated attitude.
  • Organizational skills with great attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A genuine interest in fostering business growth and building client relationships.
