About the role

We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join the Group's Customer Experience Transformation & Data Strategy (Fixed & Mobile) Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement direct marketing campaigns in order to maximize success and conversion rates and provide unique customer experience
  • Perform data analytics in order to extract meaningful insights and identify sub-segments of existing or potential customers to be targeted with our value propositions
  • Compile and distribute up-to-date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns measuring all relevant KPIs
  • Create/source the appropriate content that is necessary to maximize campaign conversion rate
  • Co-develop new campaign capabilities and functionalities to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
  • Conduct testing, review and analysis of CRM activities to ensure optimal results

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering
  • A Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics or related fields will be considered a plus
  • 2+ years experience in CRM Campaigns
  • Knowledge and proven experience in the use of analytics / data mining tools and methodologies
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise applications, data management and CRM campaign management projects (e.g., CRM, Billing, ERP, Data Warehouse etc.) will be considered a plus
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals (Agile Project Management, Scrum Master experience will be considered a plus)
  • Fluency in English (Proficiency)
