AI Developer
to join our innovative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals experienced in RAG, retrieval systems, and agentic AI architectures to design and deploy intelligent solutions that bring automation, insight, and adaptability to the advertising world.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build intelligent AI systems
    that automate workflows and deliver smarter tools for advertising and marketing operations.
  • Develop scalable RAG pipelines
    that connect large language models with live data for context-rich insights and decision support.
  • Create agentic AI workflows
    that autonomously perform tasks, retrieve information, and interact with APIs or business tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and measurable impact.
  • Explore new frameworks and contribute to innovation
    by exploring emerging technologies, sharing ideas, and helping shape our evolving AI strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience building RAG or retrieval-based systems
    , including pipeline design and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures
    , multi-step reasoning, or tool-using agents.
  • Strong understanding of LLM integration
    , including prompt design, context management, and external data retrieval.
  • Proficiency in Python
    , with familiarity in modern AI frameworks, version control, and cloud-based development environments.
  • Proactive, curious mindset
    – comfortable experimenting, iterating, and contributing ideas in a collaborative environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with LangChain or LangGraph for AI agent development.
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for integrating external tools and contexts.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning practices for building adaptive or self-improving AI behaviors.
