Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Concept Designer to join our team. In this role, you will transform creative ideas into technical and visual concepts for our playgrounds and urban equipment. You will work closely with our design and production teams to develop innovative, practical, and visually compelling solutions that meet both aesthetic and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop concept designs for playgrounds, urban equipment, and related projects.

  • Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Rhino and AutoCAD.

  • Create clear and engaging visual presentations and illustrations with Adobe Illustrator.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible, safe, and aligned with project requirements.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience as an Architect or Product Designer.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator.

  • Formal education from IEK, TEI, or AEI in Architecture, Product Design, or related fields.

  • Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
