We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the architectural design and management of projects, focusing on hotel and leisure developments, as well as contributing to residential and commercial ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key part of the architectural design process, from concept to execution.
  • Experience in designing complex projects in BIM environment (REVIT).
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize architectural software (AutoCAD/REVIT) to optimize workflows and deliverables.

Requirements

Education:

  • Master's degree in architecture or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in architectural design and concept development.
  • Proficiency in architectural software, particularly AutoCAD/ARCHICAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Passion for sustainable design and innovative architectural solutions.
