Ο ρόλος αφορά τη δημιουργία εμπειριών. Τη μετάφραση της φιλοσοφίας της Estia σε χώρους που αφηγούνται ιστορίες, εμπνέουν συναισθήματα και αναδεικνύουν την ταυτότητα του Βrand.

Από τη σύλληψη του concept μέχρι την καθοδήγηση των καταστημάτων σε όλη την Ελλάδα, ο/η Lead Visual Merchandiser θα ηγηθεί της αισθητικής συνέπειας και θα σχεδιάσει την επόμενη μέρα της Retail εμπειρίας στην Estia.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Δημιουργία visual concepts, thematic displays και planograms που εκφράζουν τη φιλοσοφία της Estia.

  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση του Visual Merchandising Manual (Visual Book) του brand.

  • Καθορισμός της visual ταυτότητας των καταστημάτων και εκπαίδευση των ομάδων για τη σωστή εφαρμογή της.

  • Συνεργασία με Design, Marketing και Retail Operations για την ενιαία παρουσίαση του brand.

  • Έρευνα και ενσωμάτωση διεθνών τάσεων προσαρμοσμένων στην αισθητική και το DNA της Estia.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 5 ετών σε ρόλο visual merchandising, retail design ή brand experience.

  • Ικανότητα μετατροπής αισθητικών ιδεών σε εμπορικά λειτουργικά concept.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp ή αντίστοιχων εργαλείων.

  • Εξαιρετική αισθητική αντίληψη και οργάνωση.

  • Ομαδικότητα και καλή δια τμηματική συνεργασία.

  • Διαθεσιμότητα για περιοδικές επισκέψεις στα καταστήματα.
