H Sport Vision ηγέτης στις πωλήσεις αθλητικών υποδημάτων, ενδυμάτων και εξοπλισμού στην αγορά των Βαλκανίων επιθυμεί να εντάξει στο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό της έναν In-Store Visual Merchandiser για το κατάστημα της στην Γλυφάδα για την διασφάλιση ενός σταθερά υψηλού επιπέδου παρουσίασης των εμπορευμάτων, που να λειτουργεί ως επικοινωνιακό μέσο των προϊόντων στους πελάτες, ενώ παραμένει εμπνευσμένο, εμπορικά ανταγωνιστικό και συμφωνεί με τις εταιρικές οδηγίες.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος διαθέτει μεθοδικότητα και δημιουργικότητα, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στην αύξηση της αποδοτικότητας του καταστήματος, τραβώντας την προσοχή των καταναλωτών και αναβαθμίζοντας συνολικά την εμπειρία τους.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Δημιουργία ελκυστικών & εντυπωσιακών παρουσιάσεων με βάση τις εταιρικές οδηγίες
  • Διασφάλιση της διατήρησης της ελκυστικής & εμπορικής εικόνας του καταστήματος
  • Υλοποίηση & στήσιμο βιτρίνας/καταστήματος σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες που θα στέλνονται από τα κεντρικά
  • Καθημερινός έλεγχος (report & feedback) σε συνεργασία με τον Υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος για το stock του καταστήματος
  • Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού καταστήματος στο Merchandising
  • Feedback για τον ανταγωνισμό
  • Aντίδραση και Προσαρμογή στα αποτελέσματα των πωλήσεων με την εύρεση λύσεων για να καταστεί το κατάστημα πιο εμπορικό και κερδοφόρο.
  • Συμμετοχή σε εσωτερικές διαδικασίες (επιστροφών, αναπλήρωσης εμπορευμάτων & εξυπηρέτηση πελατών)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Αποδεδειγμένη επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους ως Visual Merchandiser (κατά προτίμηση σε κατάστημα λιανικής πώλησης επικεντρωμένο σε αθλητικά ή μόδα).
  • Γνώση των τάσεων και των βέλτιστων πρακτικών του Visual Merchandising
  • Δημιουργικότητα, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου
  • Πτυχίο σε visual merchandising, fashion styling ή interior design θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και συνεργασία.
  • Άπταιστα Αγγλικά και γνώση MS Office
  • Σταθερή εμπειρία στον τομέα του οπτικού merchandising, που περιλαμβάνει βιτρίνες, σήμανση, εσωτερικές διακοσμήσεις και αξιοποίηση χώρου.
